The Story
Kashmiri saffron, known locally as “Kong,” is harvested from the Crocus sativus flower during a brief window each autumn.
Our saffron comes from the Pampore region, where the unique microclimate and mineral-rich soil produce threads of unmatched aroma, color, and potency. Each gram represents roughly 450 carefully hand-picked stigmas.

PAMPORE, KASHMIR, INDIA
Sourced directly from family farms in the Karewa highlands where saffron cultivation dates back more than 2,500 years.
How to Enjoy
Soak a few strands in warm milk or water for 10–15 minutes before use. Ideal for biryanis, kehwa, desserts, and traditional remedies.
Storage
Store in an airtight container away from light and moisture. Best consumed within 2 years of harvest for peak aroma and color.
